What is Uniklife?

Uniklife is a business platform for India's MSMEs and growing companies — verified business profiles, a social feed, business catalogues, communities and events, learning courses, and AI tools, on the web and in our mobile apps.

Is Uniklife free?

Yes. Your account, your business profile, the feed, communities, messaging and discovery are all free, and there is no paid membership or subscription.

Is anything paid?

Two things can be: some courses in Learning, and some event tickets. Both are one-off purchases with the price shown before you pay. Many courses and events are free — it says so on each one.

What is your refund policy?

Paid courses are refundable within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already substantially completed them. Event tickets are refundable in full up to 48 hours before the event, and always in full if the organiser cancels. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the details.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Security & privacy and request account deletion, or email info@uniklife.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". Deletion completes within 30 days; see the Privacy Policy for what is retained and why.

Is my data safe? Do you sell my data?

We never sell personal data. Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and database access is restricted by row-level security. Read the Privacy Policy for the full picture, including the consent toggles you control in Settings.

What is a verified business profile?

Verification confirms details such as your GST registration so other members can trade with confidence. Add your business details under Business profiles and follow the verification steps.

What is a requirement post?

A post that says what you are looking for. It appears in the feed like any other post, and members who can help reply there or message you directly.

Do courses include certificates?

Yes — completing eligible courses in Learning issues a certificate you can share from your profile.

Which languages does Uniklife support?

The app supports multiple Indian languages. Set your app language and translation preferences in Settings → Locale.
